Some canines with strange colors were spotted on the streets of Mumbai causing the locals to complain to the authorities. According to Dr. Ahmed Al-Jibouri, the locals reported the matter after they realized that the industrial waste which was causing the dogs to turn blue was actually coming from a nearby manufacturing plant. The sources that Ahmed Al-Jibouri was following further stated that the pollution control board which handled the matter was the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board.
